We choose the frame moulding and the type of glass. For collector's posters we recommend the conservation option. You see samples in advance.
We mount the poster into the frame in our Přísečná workshop. For thin papers we add a backing board for stability.
We hand over the finished poster with a hanging system, or deliver and hang it.

Can you frame a creased poster?
Yes. We flatten the poster, and if needed stretch it onto an archival board so it lies flat under the glass. For more serious damage we'll recommend a restorer.
What frame suits a film poster?
Most often a slim black or aluminium moulding — it lets the artwork speak without competing with it. For retro posters a wooden frame can look wonderful too. We'll hold samples right against the poster.
Do you frame posters larger than A0?
Yes. We handle formats up to 250 × 150 cm. For extremely large pieces we design a frame with internal reinforcement so it holds both its shape and the weight of the glass.
How much does framing a poster cost and is the conservation option worth it?
We give you the price upfront — it's based on size, moulding and glass. For ordinary reproductions standard materials are fine; for original, signed or rare posters, conservation framing with UV protection is definitely worth it.
