What amount will you issue the voucher for?
Any amount — you name the value and we issue it. No fixed denominations. If you're unsure, typical framing ranges from about 600 CZK to several thousand for larger works with museum glass.
How long is the voucher valid?
12 months from issue. That's plenty of time for the recipient to choose both the artwork and the frame at their leisure.
What can the voucher be redeemed for?
Anything we offer — framing paintings, photos, prints, matting, custom mirrors, printing and mounting. If the work costs more than the voucher, only the difference is paid.
How do I order and pay for the voucher?
You e-mail us, we issue a PDF and settle payment by bank transfer. It's all handled by e-mail — no registration or payment on the website.
